Vintage tin spinning top made in Germany LBZ

Stunning and colorful classic spinning top, an authentic piece of modern antiques for lovers of vintage toys. The body is entirely made of lithographed tin and features vivid, detailed illustrations with a retro feel: charming animals are depicted, including a puppy, a kitten, a mouse, a deer, a rooster, and a butterfly, surrounded by floral motifs.

The dominant colors range from the yellow and orange of the background to the contrasting wavy edges in green and purple. On the top, the initials LBZ are clearly visible, a hallmark tracing back to the historic German toy manufacturer Lorenz Bolz Zirndorf.

Condition

Aesthetically, the item is in good vintage condition. The colors remain very bright and vivid, with some minor and expected signs of age on the paint that attest to its authenticity and historical charm.

Note on functionality: The pump mechanism for spinning the top has not been tested. The item is sold as a collectible, for display, or as a vintage decorative piece, on an "as is" basis.
